The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and a bathtub—perfect after a day at the beach. Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with internet access are provided, as well as a washing machine and various small appliances. On cool days, the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. A parking space is available on the property. For bikes and kites, there’s a lockable bike port with charging station—a safe place for your gear. The fine sandy beach is just 200 m away and perfect for swimming. Nearby, you’ll find charming cafés, fishermen’s huts, restaurants, bakeries, and shops. Nature lovers and birdwatchers can spot terns on the beach, kestrels on the house wall, or visit local nature reserves such as the Schmoel beach lake area (2 km) or Bottsand (8 km). Cyclists enjoy excellent trails along the dike and in the Probstei. Surfers and kiters will find great spots in almost any wind direction. Note: The apartment is not suitable for small children.
